KINGWOOD TOWNSHIP

FRANK MURRAY

FOR TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE

Putting My Experience to
Work For You

I am running for the Kingwood Township committee to preserve its rural character, keep taxes low, improve transparency and reduce unnecessary regulations.

With over 70 years of my family history in Kingwood, its a place of many fond memories and good times.

I currently serve on the Kingwood Township planning board and  I am also a member of the Dvoor Farm Committee with the Hunterdon Land Trust.

My background in business administration and experience in the music industry where I held various positions at CBS, Capitol Records, the Walt Disney Company, and Robbins Entertainment, has prepared me well for this role.

My extensive experience as a board member and president of a cooperative housing corporation in New York City, managing a budget of over $2 million, has empowered me with invaluable skills in effective leadership and financial management.

I look forward to bringing my business expertise and passion for public service to the position of Kingwood Township committee.

Its time to Mow!!!!

Our Township roads are mowed only twice a year and in very rainy seasons, our neighborhoods look like jungles. I’d like to see if our budget could allow more frequent mowing. Tall grasses can cause car accidents!

Stop the blackout insanity!

We in Kingwood suffer the plague of constant power outages and I would work closer with the county, state and power company to find solutions. The current situation is unacceptable and creates a hardship for many residents.

Why was our Animal Control person's contract
not renewed?

I’m one of the many township residents who were disappointed in our current committee decision to replace our animal control officer. This unpopular move made no sense to most of us and if cost savings was the reasonI would say Pennywise and pound foolish. If elected I would review this.

I’m running for Kingwood Township committee because I want our town to:

  • Maintain its rural character

  • Keep taxes low

  • Improve committee transparency|

  • Be a part of a smaller but smarter government

  • Help reduce burdensome regulations where possible.
